  This mickey ds is slow and rhe buns are always stale the cashiers are polite and nice and the restaurant it's self is quite chill

  I ordered online on the app like they encourage you to do... And I get there get my receipt then they pull me into spot number 3... I have been sitting here for 20 mins and they still have not brought me my food. Like is the worst service I have ever experienced at this McDonald's. They seriously forgot my order and I had to remind some poor girl who brings out the food to the cars about my order !!! ABSOLUTE CRAP SERVICE

  Ordered ahead on the app before work. When I got to the drive thru, they had a semi blocking one lane so only one lane could be used. The cashier who gave me my receipt had a disgusted look on her face. When I got to the food window, they didn't have my coffee ready and there was a bunch of yelling going on. They had me pull to the secondary pick-up window while they said they would make my coffee. I sat there for 10 minutes while I watched 5 cars behind me get their coffees and food. I ended up leaving without my coffee and just ate the 3 bucks because I would have been late to work. I know it was not much but still was annoyed my the dysfunction of everything.

  Such terrible service. Came in here with my children. Got the usual meals which the price has increased so much it's crazy. Then after we ordered I went to get a water for my youngest and they tried charging me for a cup of water after I just spent close to $50!! Freaking unbelievable

  Talk about the slowest drive-thru area ever. Customer service is definitely not One of the things that they teach people that work at McDonald's anymore. If you ever want to be frustrated beyond belief go to this McDonald's. if I could give them a lower score I would have.
