  Got our order wrong twice. Had to go back and order still wasn't correct had to go back again. While on the way back, I talked to the manger who told me the order would be remade. When I arrived I was told to go to the first window to get my order. When I pulled up to the window, I talked to another manager who essentially told me that I was lying and I needed to produce the receipt and I told him they never gave us one. Kept asking me what my order was over and over again to which i kept giving the same answer. This resulted in my getting upset and the manger essentially in my face at this point asking AGAIN what my order was for a refund. I told him I wanted corporates number and after arguing for it I was told to get out of my car and take a picture of the door if I wanted it. Told me that they are not allowed to make a double cheeseburger with cheese and Mac sauce only. Other employed started asking me what happened and told me I COULD order That. The manager I ORIGINALLY talked to brought out a replaced happy meal and some extra fries, my burger and a couple of pies. Upon getting home we were missing the burger in the happy meal...... This is now the third time. The manger in my face is named Ray. I will be calling corporate and reporting him. This lasted 10 minutes at the window after the 5 spent talking to the original manager on the way there. This place has always been kinda crudy service, but I'm appalled at the way I was treated by a manger especially after the top manager approved it.

  I wish I could leave zero stars! Crappy food & service! Staff was soooooo rude! Many problems….just one was 6pancakes with 1st rip! They didn’t want to give us another one, and literally argues with us! TERRIBLE!! Never will b back to that location!!!!!!
