Tried the new Greek Wrap. Manger told me there are as big as a normal sub with double the meat. Not true! The wrap had more lettuce and cucumbers than actual meat. It tasted okay but nothing to rave about even though I was assured it was very delicious. I have had the Greek wraps at Arby’s and those put Jimmy John’s to shame. When attempting to order an employee was pushing the tables and chairs back into place. The noise was like fingernails on a chalkboard. The manger and I were both holding ours ears closed as the noise was so loud and obnoxious it was actually hurting my ears. Literally had to wait for the employee to finish so we could communicate and place my order. She never asked the employee to stop! And the final rub, the Wrap was $9. 99. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Not at all a good value. Taste 6 out of 10. Atmosphere awful. I have been a customer of this location since it opened. I will definitely never purchase the Greek Wrap again and surely won’t recommend it. Not sure if I will return to this location. Overall, I just thru $10.89 after tax in the trash. Very disappointed in Jimmy John’s. And don’t even ask about their App and the new changes.

Staff is great! Always welcoming and delivering excellent service. The general manager seems less involved and does not add value.

I’m a newer customer with Jimmy John . Today, 12/10/2026, I visited the store at 6151 N Keystone #1462. The service was very bad. The woman running the cash register hardly said a word. When I ordered a #15, I thought I was getting the meal deal. We were told Chips and soda were extra. No mention of a combination price. She did ask if we were members. We weren’t sure but we checked. We weren’t. No offer of better deals. No smile. Just a very grumpy face. I like jimmy John and just moved into AYR apartments directly behind the restaurant. Very disappointed. Much like the service at Arby’s directly up the street. I’m guessing it’s difficult to get people who actually interact with customers and inform them of deals… I guess I’m living in the past. Plus, after every transaction, she sits down. Now, if she has a disability, I understand. I’m not going to judge but the signs point towards having zero interpersonal skills. An area manager should drop in unannounced some time and do a secret shop. My order number is 145 at 5:52 PM. The name is Amy.
