Terrible service. Ordered over 100$ worth of food to be delivered " freaky fast" to athletes , and it never made it. I was told i had to contact door dash (because they didnt have a delivery driver so they chose to send 3rd party ) i did not order through door dash so i had no phone info, order info, nothing. I called doordash and they said if you didnt order through us we have no control over it or anyway to contact the driver. I infomred the store of that and was told they didnt either. So i said i ordered through you, you decided to tag in door dash (without any knowledge of mine), let them take the food I PAID for , and you have no tracking knowledge or control over it. No and hung up. Unacceptable , i will be asking for a full refund !

Came in for bread this is the only location that has turned me down I would not have posted but due to location I feel that it's necessary so tired of bare minimum because of the location this is in minority neighborhood - do better jimmy johns

I get Jimmy John's for my coworkers at least twice a month. I always get delivery. It's always fresh and no missing items in the last 6 months since I've ordered from here
I have had the worst experience at this location. I picked up my sandwich around 5:00 today put dinner later on this evening. Around 8pm, I started to eat, unwrapped to examine the contents of my sandwich, and it was not what I ordered. They didn't add my bacon, which I pay extra for; there's no cheese, no lettuce, no onion, and the few other things, but everything that makes the freaking sandwich was missing. By this time, it's after 8:00. I spoke with the person who answered the phone. He placed me on hold to call his GM. I told him I hadn't eaten a sandwich, and I also took a picture, and we'll bring it back tomorrow. I'll find something else tonight. He told me his general manager told him there was nothing that they could do because the time frame had passed, and also, there was an incident a couple of weeks ago, which I have no idea about the situation or the outcome, and has nothing to do with me or the price of tea in China. Evidently, this happens often, and I'm sure the only common denominator in all of the scenarios is Jimmy John's. I am so tired of businesses serving sub-standard food and charging astronomical prices and telling us we don't have the right to complain when you don't do your job appropriately. And they dare to ask for a tip. Please don't waste your time going to this location. Evidently the staff has a problem with serving what they want you to have not what you ordered.
