I ordered a sub. Would have been nice if they asked if I wanted to add chips and a drink. Was told the total and that’s it’s. Great customer service your offering.
Honestly, save your money and just go to Subway.
I live right down the street from this place, so you’d think "freaky fast" might actually mean something. Nope. It took nearly an hour to move a sandwich a few blocks. Apparently, "fast" is a relative term I’m not privy to.
When the food finally crawled its way to my door, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I explicitly asked for no tomatoes and added cucumbers. What did I get? A mouthful of tomatoes and zero cucumbers. It’s like they looked at my instructions and decided to do the exact opposite for fun. To top it off, I ordered an unsweetened tea and got a Diet Coke.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I get that people have off days, but this was a total circus. If you can't manage a simple custom order or a basic delivery time when I live right around the corner, what’s the point?
Done with this location.

On 3/18/26, I went into this store and ordered three Turkey Tom sandwiches. One with mayo, lettuce and no tomatoes, one with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and add onion, and one with extra meat, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. The workers looked like they were playing, not working. Two of the sandwiches were NOT what I ordered; extra meat was not added to be sandwich, and no onions were added to the other sandwich.
Imagine this: You're spending the day out and about and crave a good ol' Jimmy John's like never before. You then go to a store and walk in to an empty restaurant with the pink haired cashier standing there, mask on and hat pulled so far down that you can't see any part of their face. No greeting, no acknowledgement whatsoever. We honestly thought they were looking down at the register. After 2 minutes of silence you finally as if this is where you order and get a short and cold "yeah". Zero eye contact, zero service atmosphere but of course you'll get looked upon once the tip screen pops up. If it wasn't for another staff member, we would have turned on the heel and walked out. Anyway, the special "Greek Gyros" was super delicious and I highly recommend it.
Apparently JJs took down the freebies list, kinda sad.

Very friendly, quick service! They are short on trash cans, so look for the boxes covering up ones that can't be used.
