Food was fine. They chose to use Uber Eats for delivery. The driver texted me and I said what room the order was to be delivered too. He dumped at the desk and said I didn’t answer not answer the phone call that I never received.
His poor delivery service has ruined the local jj shop for me. Latterly the shop is 400yards from my hotel window. Yes after a 9+ hour drive, I am being lazy and not walking over there.
I want my tip back. I’ll give up the sandwich cost, delivery fee, taxes etc. but the driver deserves nothing extra for his short trip.

March 24: received a call from Ben; I appreciate the follow up and accountability for his teams failure and attempt to rectify. We were offered a couple solutions, chose an agreeable outcome and are waiting on that, but overall from Ben the experience has been great. Unfortunately his in store team ruined it for our 25 person group of box lunches…..
Previously a great experience with the same exact order but placed with Ben instead of manager on duty March 23 AM - 4PM. Returned due to our satisfaction and ease of service last week.
Well…. Got 26 plain sandwiches, wrong delivery instructions followed and charged more than last time :) along with that…. We had a horrible experience with your manager on duty following up on his egregious oversight on this order below. This resulted in all boxes order arriving with no names on them for 27 children to rifle through…..
Although CLEARLY named on the attachment, email and physical receipt (I’m assuming he copied from if he didn’t copy from the attachment, which he claimed he didn’t see). All of which was the correct information and was right on March 18.
He also didn’t manage, after 3 reminders, to have the correct phone numbers at delivery resulting in me getting a call during a meeting.
I didn’t call about that issue, as last time was great. But when I did call, I was accused of yelling off rip, when I was speaking directly. Then I was told “it’s just the first time we’ve messed up”. That doesn’t particularly matter or make the issue any better given I’ve been given 26 boxes of PLAIN SANDWICHES and boxes!! For $300+ :)
I was then told he wouldn’t give me your name, or the name of the general manager, I didn’t have to continue ordering with you all if it was going to be a big deal like this. Once I was informed that Ben Townsend was the general manage, I politely informed him the last order was placed directly with him, Ben Townsend. He replied Ben wouldn’t care about this issue at all if I did speak with Ben.

The staff acted like I was a burden. The y also stated they weren't selling halve the menu with out cause.

Great call for a late lunch. The guys on shift were friendly and had my sandwich done “freaky fast”. Lol. When I’m back in the area I’ll definitely be stopping by again.
