  Waited close to 2 hours for our food to be delivered. Also forgot cheese on half of our sandwiches and added a ton of mayo and lettuce on a sandwich order without it. Due to this my friend did not have a dinner that we ordered for her. When I called to ask about the order status the worker was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude and gave the excuse of “We ran out of bread”. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend.

  I don't know about the atmosphere really. JJ's delivers fast, but honestly it's kinda meh food.

  Granted I did not arrive during peak lunch hour. But food was fast. Service was good. Friendly staff. Not many tables and fewer chairs. But understandable for the size.
