  From the moment I walked into Giordano’s, Ellie was an absolute standout. Every single detail of her service was impeccable—my drink was never even a quarter empty, and she was always right there, ready with a smile, a suggestion, or just a reassuring word. She knew the menu like the back of her hand, and her confidence in recommending the best pizza made the whole experience feel like a personal celebration. Ellie is, without a doubt, the best server I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back just for her!

  DO NOT waste your evening here. The service was terrible, we got sat immediately but it took 40 minutes to be waited on. Then it took over 70 minutes to get our food after the order was taken. Then they brought out the wrong pizza and we had to wait another 10 minutes. This place wasn't even that busy, it just has a poor employee staffing.

  Ask for Tasha as your server 😉 Warning!!!! Pizzas take a long time to cook. Deep dish is usually 45 mins and tavern/thin are usually around 30 mins depending on time of day and how busy we are. If you don't mind the wait (it's totally worth it) then you always have the option to call in ahead to put in an order so we can have it started before you get here. Come visit and see why we are known for our deep dish!! 🍕

  Do Not Waste your time with this sorry establishment. You will NEVER get your order properly. You’re told a time and then 30min after that time you’re presented your order that has been sitting out on the counter just exposed, no warmer, nothing. THEN when you speak to a “manager” that sorry excuse of an ill bred human has the audacity to blame me because I didn’t police and self monitor my own order and the employees. So don’t waste your time here, expect incompetence and excuses as it’s just an overpriced, glorified Pizza Hut. Well, not exactly, Pizza Hut will get you your order on time and have it correct.

  We were passing thru the Indianapolis area, and knew there was a Giordano's in the area. About 35 minutes before arriving I called up to place a carry-out order. The person who took my order was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately it was a Friday night so they were very busy so it took a little bit longer for the pizzas to be ready. We just adjusted our time and the pizzas were ready when we got there. We got the deep dish pizza 🍕, and as I've come to expect from Giordano, it was excellent. Hot and fresh, and made to order just how we wanted. For what I saw of the inside, it seemed like it would have been fine to dine in as well. Great place, we will definitely be going back!
