Inside lobby is not busy. There are about 7 ppl on line with maybe 3-4 just standing around. I’ll never be back
- JBJF BrunsMar 22, 20264.03/26 - This place was a typical 5-Guys, fairly efficient, pretty clean. I was surprised that at noon on a Saturday the ketchup dispenser ran empty 🤷♂️. You would think that would be something that is checked regularly. I don't stop at 5-Guys to often as I think they are a little over priced.

- WCW ColterFeb 28, 20261.0BUYER BEWARE!! I placed an order and paid online this evening for my family -- Bacon Cheeseburger, Hot Dog, Cheese Dog and a large Plain Fries. When I arrived at the store to pick up, I was informed that they did not have any hot dogs. After standing in the order line for a refund, I was told that they would only refund my money for the hot dogs because they had fulfilled my order for the hamburger and fries. I cannot think of anything more disreputable than not refunding my entire order for the inconvenience of having to make more dinner plans for the other two people in my family. The guy at the cash register even said that there was small print somewhere on their website that said they could offer only a partial refund even though they had not fulfilled the entire order or contacted me so that I had a choice as to whether to proceed knowing that hot dogs were not available. Five Guys has lost my business forever. This never should have happened.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
