From the moment we walked in she greeted us, helped us with our order, and continued to offer such great customer service as she delivered our food to our table. Honestly, I haven’t seen that sort of great customer service in ages! I’ve worked as a flight attendant instructor for years, and she was as warm and friendly as some of our most senior attendants! Fazoli’s should be very lucky to have her!
- TTtestww8Apr 2, 20265.0I was a regular at the Carmel location, so sad to see it close, but one of the great managers is now at this location. Jeannie is always so sweet, attentive and such a lovely human being. So happy she's still at Fazoli's.

She checked on us after getting our food and wished us a great night as we left!! The food was very good. The restaurant was clean. We really enjoyed our evening! The other people there were very nice also! Thank you so very much!!
