I ordered a 5-piece traditional wing, was rung up wrong, waited almost 20 minutes, and still received the wrong food. Mistakes happen but what happened next is what makes this place a complete failure. The manager refused to correct THEIR mistake unless I paid extra, and spoke to me with an attitude that made it clear customer service is not a priority here. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix what their own staff caused. I was treated like an inconvenience for simply expecting the order I paid for. I left with no food and a wasted lunch break because of this store’s disorganization, lack of urgency, and the manager’s unprofessional behavior. If this is the standard they operate at, I have serious concerns about how anything is being run here , from training, to leadership, to basic respect for customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend choosing a different Wingstop.
