Fries were definitely old and cold. I’ve ordered plenty of times from this location with some problems but nothing like this. To think I spent thirty three bucks for what? The only positive is the woman at the front counter who no matter what always has a positive attitude and cool, calm demeanor even when they’re slammed and remembered my name which I appreciated. I guess it’s true, when someone has a good experience they tell a couple of people, but when it’s bad they’ll tell everyone!

I’ve been coming to this one in particular for a few years now and when i walk in the person almost always grabs my order for me without me even saying my name. Kinda… sad 🤣 because i must go that often but to me it’s more just a testament on how attentive, on it, and great the staff is and they’re sure great at making customers feel special! Always has everything i ordered in the bag, every time. Delicious food cooked perfectly & such a treat, everytime! I think a lot of these reviews are referring to the other Wingstop on ppike, down by Kroger and sunny side. This isn’t that one. This one is down ppike by the highway. Just saying, a lot of these reviews are for the wrong Wingstop.
