I was shocked to see the other reviews. The two guys that served me in the Drive-Thru were incredible. My food was also hot and fresh. I rarely leave reviews, but this was the best Wendy's experience I've had.

They regularly stop answering the drive thru, with all the lights still on. When they close early (often!) you are still able to put in mobile orders which makes everything super confusing. They should at least turn off the drive thru menu lights!
I didn't think I've ever had a good experience here, and I know last night will be the last time I try!

I come here often and this location seems to have struggled for years. Today was a bust for us again until Julian checked on us on his way out for the day. We had complained about our brownie frosty tasting like mint cookie and the crew member didn’t have an answer. A little bit later Julian was checking in with people in the dinning area. When we told him what was wrong he went and figured out that someone accidentally mixed up the new thing mint chocolate for the brownie chocolate. Another crew member kindly went and fixed it for us. Keep up the fantastic customer service Julian!

The frosty was melted. Both burgers were cold, the bacon didn’t taste cooked, and the cheese wasn’t melted as if it was just laid on a cold patty. The manager had his phone on speaker and was on his cell phone the whole time he was working. The only good thing I can say is that one of the workers, who was outside having a smoke break, was very friendly and opened the door for me.
