More than 15 minutes waiting and I didn't even get my food and I just wasted time there they are very slow to work and it even seems that first you have to pay for them to take your order

There is no point of ordering ahead here, you'll still be waiting when you arrive to pick your order 🙄 One time I asked the girl at the counter what drink was which, she literally shrugged, she had just filled the cup 2 seconds before giving them to me. They move slowly like animatronics. Throw the whole crew away. ( Not everyone but I'm just being dramatic but, damn) Get it together, Post drive!👎🏾

I ordered a sausage breakfast burritto from this locatiion and when I got down the road and started to eat it, it was a bacon burritto! If they can't tell the difference the I definetely will never go back to this location for sure. I may not return to any wendys. This is the third bad experience in a row at 3 different wendys locations so....... sorry wendys you take a hit today!

I leave reviews regularly, and this Wendy’s has been a problem over and over again. My boyfriend picks up DoorDash orders here, and every single time he arrives even when we’re parked right outside or just a couple minutes away, the staff claims the order has already been picked up, which is impossible.
On the times they don’t deny the order, they make him wait at least 20 minutes, even for small orders. There’s also one employee who always has an attitude and makes the pickup process way more stressful than it needs to be.
He picks up from many other Wendy’s locations and never has issues like this. This specific store really needs to improve honesty, speed, and customer service.
