If they can't tell the difference the I definetely will never go back to this location for sure. I may not return to any wendys. This is the third bad experience in a row at 3 different wendys locations so....... sorry wendys you take a hit today!

My boyfriend picks up DoorDash orders here, and every single time he arrives even when we’re parked right outside or just a couple minutes away, the staff claims the order has already been picked up, which is impossible. On the times they don’t deny the order, they make him wait at least 20 minutes, even for small orders. There’s also one employee who always has an attitude and makes the pickup process way more stressful than it needs to be. He picks up from many other Wendy’s locations and never has issues like this. This specific store really needs to improve honesty, speed, and customer service.
