So I am beyond disappointed in this establishment when ordering food from your establishment ask for no salt on fries and receive salt on my fries went back inside due to the tea tasting water down serviced myself with the fountain drinks also checked the sandwich meat. It was not fresh so ask them to remake it everyone seems nice however this is an ongoing issue in the east side. i’m starting to think that they are not training their staff properly on how long things are supposed to be left out during service hours like lunch or dinner runs. I worked for Wendy’s for a couple of years and I know that you’re not supposed to keep nuggets and stuff sitting out for too long if so, you must throw it out however, in this case, all of the food that I’ve taken a look at seems very dry. This has to be looked at by management or the owner. . Looks like they are getting other peoples orders wrong as well

This is the worst wendys, may, worst fast food location in indianapolis. It doesn't matter what time of day you go. There is always a huge wait. Even if theres no one in drive thru line. They're also always rude. If it wasnt for the fact that my daughter only likes the nuggets from hwre

I arrived at this location just after 9pm on a Friday night, November 21, 2025. There was nobody in the lobby and the drive-thru was anything but busy.
I tried to order 3 jr. burgers with no mayo, as well as 6 other additional hamburgers. I was however talked down to just adding 4 additional hamburgers, versus 6, due to "they would take way too-long to make".
However, before I was even able to pay the $36 for this meal, one of the cooks gave me the dirtiest looks ever, as if I had the nerve to order all this food. I felt so uneasy, I told the cashier to "cancel my order" and left to go order food elsewhere.
I do not think I will ever, ever, ever be going to this location again.
Within a 1-mile radius of the restaurant and address (at 16th Street and Shadeland Ave.), you can EASILY find a McDonald's, a Jimmy John's, a Firehouse Subs, a Taco Bell, a Culver's, a Domino's Pizza, a Papa John's, a Starbucks, a Burger King, an Abby's and a Kroger, which has some yummy hot food in the deli department. I would highly recommend you going elsewhere to eat, truly.
