  3 employees, 2 cars in drive thru, No one in dining room. 25 mins total to get no food and a refund for wrong amount. Had us pull forward in drive thru, then brought out fountain drinks and never brought food. Waited over 15 minutes before going inside and it took 10 more minutes to get refund for a couple dollars less than what I paid. No apology.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes. Order never taken. Decided to go to hardees.

  Do not go in the evening. KEEP DRIVING JUST GO TO THE WANAMAKER LOCATION. I have tried for who knows how long and get told they are not taking orders. At one point they would still take mobile orders. However here recently,when I told the lady I would park and just place a mobile she said no you can't do that. You could hear someone in the backgrounds yelling at her telling her No no no... this was around 7-8pm on 02/16/26 while they had 5 employees just sitting in the dinner doing nothing. Ill just drive to the Wendy's on wanamaker and save myself a trip, I dont even know why I keep driving to this location.

  Pulled up to the drive thru and a woman comes on and rudely says "our system is down" so we say oh does that mean we can't order? She came back on and again RUDELY said "no" with more sass than necessary. I'm not sure what a system being down has to do with cooking food but it seems rudeness is expected at this location, aside from laziness. Ridiculous

  If I can give them - negative amount of stars across all categories I would. How hard is it to make a baked potato? The baked potato literally looked like someone squished it , no butter and no Chive as instructed. I ordered a biggie bag cheeseburger for my 6 year old nephew and there was no meat patty. I called in advance nicely to make sure to add crackers for my Chili, guess what no crackers. Also ordered and Cheeceburger deluxe and that burger was missing completely. I called back once again but asked for the manager she blames it on a weighing system. She said she was there and witness my order being made. She must be legally blind! She wouldn't take accountability! It's not Door Dash fault. Do not order delivery from here unless you want headaches and want to get pissed off.
