  I ordered via the mobile app on 2/18 (Tropical dragon passion smoothie) and it was the nastiest smoothie I’ve ever had alongside it not being a smoothie consistency (more like juice). I called and received good customer service which resulted in me returning 2/19 to receive a redo. I explained the situation and informed them my name should be written down, I was served and requested a Mango monsoon smoothie instead but I received this (pictured). I took a sip and it’s gross!! It taste like old lemon water that was left on the counter (trashed). I’m not sure if this location just isn’t for me, but I’m moving on to Smoothie King; I hear the smoothies are fresher…I’m excited to try them out again as it’s been some years.

  I love me some tropical cafe now. So of course I stopped by and honestly the best customer service I've had at any location across indy. Let alone the fastest! I got my smoothie within 3min or less then my food was ready in 5min. I scanned my card at 7:40 and was in my car by 7:46 i kid you not. At checkout he even wanted to offer accommodations to make the drink larger but im just a girl trying to watch the calories so I declined but im so grateful and appreciative of the customer service all around. Everything taste great! Will be back to this location

  Worst location. You literally have to beg them to apply topping you pay extra for. Rude manager Alex. Not worth the prices.

  I'm buying at today Tropical Smoothie and there's a woman working named Shantae (that's what her badge says) she doesn't even greet you, with a sour face, she finished my order and I hadn't even ordered my drink, other times I see a guy serving kindly but today this woman's attitude is terrible, if you're going to be sour you don't work in customer service

  Friendly staff, quick service (even with typically ordering online), and very convenient. Lots of deals, their app is easy to use and the food is always so good. Can’t go wrong!
