Literally ordered 2 chicken flatbreads. like how lazy can you be. Double edged sword for management. losing money by refusing orders. and also losing money by paying these workers to do absolutely nothing but turn away customers. if it were me running this taco bell i would just cut the night shift entirely. good workers for night shift are hard to find, but having workers who turn away customers for no reason other than laziness is ridiculous. also losing customers who would likely be repeat customers if they had simply gotten the food they paid to get.
