As we sit down to eat we hear a little boy telling his mom he had to use the restroom. She replied they said the restrooms are down... no sooner than that i witness the dishwasher walk out from the back and let some lady go to restroom... what? So i go to counter to ask the host about it and he informs me that the dishwasher picks and chooses who gets to go in there... Are you serious? I then ask to speak with management... They both are like the men's restroom is down but the ladies is open, then they can't seem to find the key to get in to restroom cause dishwasher guy had it in his pocket... I said you're dishwasher guy got the key and is apparently picking and choosing who gets to use the restroom... Seriously are we this miserable in our lives that we refuse paying customers and children to use the restroom when the restroom was working completely fine? The guy host at front counter was the only awesome one there and what i witnessed from everyone else was uncalled for and very unprofessional... Don't go here if you need to use the restroom while you're dining in because you won't get to use it and not because it's out of order but because they just don't want you to use it or will pick and choose who does get to use it... Shame on yall for real...
