The worst customer service I have EVER gotten. This location is horrible. It opens at 9 am, I waited till about 9:15 to place my order online as I know ordering the minute a place opens can be annoying. I then proceeded to sit at the speaker for ten minutes with no responses. I tried calling the store about three times while I was sitting there, no one picked up. I then pulled up to the drive thru window in an attempt to talk to someone and no one ever came over. I could see a worker doing prep work in the back and getting on his phone inbetween it, completely ignoring my car and my online order apparently. I called while sitting at the window TEN more times, the worker completely ignored all the calls. Pulled back around to try to go inside, the doors are locked. At this point it is 9:30. I am fuming, completely being ignored the entire time. I pull back around to the drive thru window and have to honk loudly three times for me to be acknowledged at all. FINALLY someone unlocks the window and speaks to me. She is clearly in a bad mood and frankly, I do not care lol! I have worked at Chili's for 5 years, I know customer service sucks, but this was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional. She asked me if I had an order, I told her yes, waited about 10 minutes for my food (which i ordered at 9:15, its now 9:45) and when I STILL say thank you when she hands it to me she says nothing back and gives me a dirty look. Pretty sure she was a manager too given her uniform, awful service and attitude. I usually have very pleasant workers when I come through here, but I will definitely be driving the further distance to never order from here again. I don't even want to eat this food now because I would not be surprised at all if they did something to it because they hated serving me so much apparently. This "fast food" made me late to work because of horrible service. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job so much.
