I’ll give one star for the convenient location and one star for the drinks — those were the only positives. Unfortunately, this location continues to get orders wrong. I ordered a hard shell Doritos taco, and it came with only meat and barely any cheese — no lettuce and almost no toppings. It was basically just meat in a shell with a few pieces of melted cheese. What was more disappointing was the customer service. I was polite, said thank you, and tried to be respectful, knowing how hard people in food service work. However, the staff at the drive-thru seemed disengaged. Two employees stood at the window staring out instead of assisting efficiently. It felt unprofessional and unorganized. I’ve had to return multiple times because orders were incorrect, and it’s frustrating to spend money for multiple people and not receive a basic order done properly. This location used to do a great job, but something has clearly changed — whether it’s training, management, or staffing. I hope improvements are made because this kind of experience shouldn’t be the norm.

Just picked up my online order and got back to the office and this is what was inside of my tacos. Barely anything in there all stuffed on the side that was sticking out so it looked like there was plenty in there but clearly isnt. I paid $2.50 for each of these? They shouldn't pass as a full taco. Yet I paid full price.

Worst Taco Bell in history. They were screaming in the background carrying on like they were at a club. The car in front of us literally screamed at them calling them terrible racist remarks (that was terrible & I don’t agree at all but the service was so disrespectful it was extremely unprofessional. To top it off I will show you the pictures that says it all. My son wanted to go back and have them remake, but there was 0 chance of me trusting anyone in that building. I threw our food in the garbage and went home. Worst experience of fast food ever & I'm 52 years old. If there was a manager this past Sunday at around 3pm you should be fired and never rehired anywhere. No place for pictures but imagine tacos have meat about 3 teaspoons full max and 14 pieces of sprinkle cheese. We counted because it was truly amazing to be this bad at your job. The entire staff is a cancer to the Taco Bell franchise

Came in at 9:30. Planned to dine in with a friend. Employees proceeded to not make my mobile order for 45 minutes, and avoided me standing at the counter for almost 20 minutes (meanwhile I watched like 30 cars go through the drive thru). Finally got someone's attention and they FINALLY made my my food. Food was worse than any other taco bell I've been to recently. Employees were so apathetic, 5 people and only 1 of them even attempting to look like they were working. Also as a side note, they had a bunch of options unavailable on the mobile order that they definitely had. Most blatantly example was employees drinking Baja blast even though baja blast (and all variants were unavailable on the app). The box normally I get was also unavailable, but I could order all the components individually. Checked another store and it was available. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Go to McDonald's or go 10 minutes to a different tb.
