  I went there instead of veggie bowl they make chicken bowl. And after that i said i want veggie bowl although they make me another one but there is no amount of rice, no beans, no veggies. I just hate it. I suggest don't go there and if you go make sure to check twice your food.

  Some Taco Bell‘s are nice and clean. This is not one of them. My wife wanted Popeyes chicken and I walked across to the Taco Bell. And I waited and I waited. They saw me and they did not want come up and help me. One person actually hid around the corner. It gave me plenty of time to look back at the condition of the restaurant. Dirty. If I could give this place zeros I would.

  Door dash or restaurant will steal your food. They don’t care about you or your purchase. Adding anything extra to your meal? Forgot about it. They will take your money and trying to get a refund for their mistake after they take your funds… like pulling teeth. It’s actually ridiculous. This particular place has unfortunately become a joke. As a long time late night consumer wanting comfort food after a long night; they steal your money.

  The last three visits, have resulted in terrible service, food mistakes and with this being the third time, we called to talk to a Manager, the Gentleman that answered the Phone lied and said, "I'm the Manager", while we could hear his work mates laughing in the background after he said it. After him asking me to repeat my complaint three times, while everyone was cracking up, we finally hung up and vowed that we would not return. It's very sad that such poor Representation is acceptable in such a large Corporate environment and when you check the Google Reviews for this location, we are not alone in this very poor service and experience. Certainly you can do better. It's very disappointing when you get a craving for Taco Bell only to get home and the order is wrong (the last three visits) and when you call after the third time of the same thing, NO ONE CARES. WE DON'T MATTER. As a paying Customer, you order what you want. If you order Taco's, it does not mean Burrito's. When you say no Sour Cream, it means no Sour Cream. When you order a Taco Pizza that's been placed on the bottom of the bag and all of the toppings are stuck on the top of the box, etc.... This location is in DIRE need of better Management, better employees and some serious Corporate training.
