- SESue ErinFeb 16, 20261.0The only time this location has not messed up my order is when i had the employee verbally recite my order back to me. however, any other time i put trust in them to use the basic skills it takes to get my order correct i am let down time and time again. this location is the closest to where i live but the keystone taco bell is where i always go, they know who i am and are consistent in friendliness, speed and reliability. do NOT!! waste your time, money or energy bothering with 38th st just drive the few extra miles if you want good taco bell!

Not just one thing, it’s everything. The beans were cold and dry. The Tortilla was hard and cold. There was sauce aaaaalll over the the bag, all over the packaging. I was the only one in line…. Why is there so much chaos for two basic bean burritos. I worked at Taco Bell before and it’s not that hard. The customer service is always horrible. Don’t know who you employ during the evening but they’re lazy. I’ll be driving 10 mins for the Taco Bell on keystone. will never come to this Taco Bell again. Don’t even need to respond cuz I don’t care. You guys clearly don’t.
