  This location should be embarrassed to call itself a restaurant. I placed a late-night order through the Taco Bell app for a very specific reason — so I wouldn’t have to wake up my 82-year-old grandmother. Instead, I got a masterclass in how to completely screw up a simple order. They forgot ALL 4 Beefy Loaded Potato Grillers with chicken and my fries — the literal reason I ordered. That’s not a “mistake,” that’s negligence. At that point, why even bother sending a bag? Did nobody check anything, or does accuracy just not matter here at all? When you order late at night, there’s no fixing it. No driving back. No reordering. You just get robbed and stuck with disappointment. Paying for food you never receive shouldn’t be part of the Taco Bell experience, but apparently here it’s standard. If this place can’t handle basic order accuracy, they shouldn’t be open — especially not taking mobile orders. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else

  Pretty bad when the bot taking drive thru orders was the best part of this trip! Young 'man' at window didnt say 1 single word to me. Didn't give me a straw or receipt, paying with card should be automatic receipt. Food was cold and tasteless.

  Our last three orders were made incorrectly. We have decided we are done wasting our money. To those of you looking to the reviews when making a dinning decision as I do. Please choose another taco bell. There are several in the area. If you go here you will be throwing your money away. They do not care about food quality. Nor do they care about costumer service. When a costumer complains they argue until the costumer gives up. So you end up wasting money on food that will go in the trash.They don't offer to fix anything and try to make it your fault that they messed up. Also apparently everyone who works here is a manager when they answer the phone.

  Great place for cold meals cooked in dirty fryers so that the food tastes like literal rotten garbage and drinks so watered down that the Pepsi looks like iced tea. You're lucky if they even put the correct items in your bag. These are frequent problems, not one-time occurrences. Worst Taco Bell I've ever used, and that's saying a lot for that franchise.
