    Hands down one of the worst orders I have ever had. The cinnamon twists tasted stale and the oil needs to be changed because they tasted burnt. Crunchwrap had almost zero meat and the gordito shell wasn't fried at all. Get it together.

    I ordered some nacho fries, there ain’t Jack on these. Lookin like some ez bake Walmart fries. No nacho dust AT ALL. There was this red head with glasses she was rushing everyone and didn’t even know what was going on, came on the intercom rude as hell. Just bc you having a bad day don’t mean you gotta make it everyone else’s problem. Felt bad for the guy running the window. L Red Head Lady

    Food is not high quality. I usually purchase a big Taco Tuesday order from nearby Los Patios well-filled with fresh Real chicken or stop in for their shrimp & chicken meal. Taco Bell is mystery meat!

    I love taco bell but never had an experience this bad. I did an online order like normal and went to immediately pick it up. Immediately noticed my drink had ice when I ordered no ice, no biggie. I drive home and the Crunchwrap was burnt, inside my burrito had a burnt taste as well. You could smell the burnt tortilla as soon as you took it out the paper. I tried to just eat the inside and found a hair inside. Not sure what happened tonight but not a good experience.
