- LCLisa ClarkMar 24, 20152.0This place charged me for two subs when I only purchased one. When the cashier asked if I wanted my receipt, I stupidly declined which I never do but I was in a hurry. When I got home I saw I had been charged $13 for $5 sub. I called the manager KJ who was nice and agreed to refund the difference if I emailed him a copy of the pending charge on my checking account which I did...well guess what? I never heard from him so I called the store and went thru the whole story again. KJ finally emailed me and asked for my phone number which I provided. He said he would call me the next day....guess what? He didn't. I had to file a dispute with my bank for a freaking $6.54. Very poor customer service for what should have been a quick resolution to what I assume was an honest mistake but who knows maybe they are just thieves. The sub was pretty good though but skimpy on the meat. Id just say make sure to get your receipt and keep an eye on your bank account.
