- ZTZaid TalebJul 30, 20251.0Had the unfortunate experience of visiting this place today to try their sandwiches, and it was hands down one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The $14 sub I ordered was shockingly poor in quality — barely any protein, dry and flavorless, awkwardly stuffed with mismatched veggies trying to compensate for what was clearly a lack of substance. For the price, this is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I politely raised my concerns, the staff responded with attitude and dismissiveness. It was clear they lacked basic customer service training and had little understanding of U.S. hospitality standards. I even tried to reach out to management to express my frustration — no actions whatsoever. Save your money and your time. Plenty of better options out there that actually respect the customer and deliver on what they promise.
