  We didnt even get to order our sandwich befor we saw the worker grabbing bills and coins with the same gloves she used for the vegtables.

  I had a great experience with my recent online order from Subway! The sandwiches were ready right on time, exactly when the app predicted. Picking up my chips and drinks was quick and easy, making the whole process a breeze. The only minor issue was the napkins in the bag, which were a bit jumbled up. This order was a gift for my friends, and I wanted everything to look nice, so I took a moment to refold them. It would be a great touch if they could provide a neat stack of napkins. Despite that small detail, the order was perfect and everyone loved their sandwiches. I really appreciate how efficient and accurate the online ordering system is. I'll definitely be ordering from this location again when nearby.

  Pre-ordered food to save time. Got there and there was only 1 person working an dr 3 people in line. No problem, I waited at the cash register. He ignored me after finishing with the first person. He finally acknowledged me after the second person. He hadn’t even printed off the order that has been put in 20 minutes ago. Went back to help the next person in line and then looked back at me and confirmed my meatball sub. Then he said they didn’t have any more. I asked for him to refund my order and he claimed he couldn’t do that. I tried to contact someone at Subway and can’t get to a chat, email, or any other way to contact them. So disappointed in Subway, but this location and corporate!

  Worse customer service of any subway by far. The manager/owner does not know the meaning of customer service. Today I was willing to pay for an entire batch of cookies if he would bake them fresh. First he said they don't do that which I knew was a lie. Then he said they were closing in 30mins. When I said it only takes 30 mins to bake them he said we don't have any. Had he been honest and said he turned off the oven and didn't want to turn it back on I would have honored his honesty but lying about it was insulting and unnecessary. Obviously being lazy is more important than making money these days at this Subway. I suggest you eat fresh somewhere else.
