- SSSavannah ShumakerJan 14, 20262.0I ordered my sub thru the app at this specific subway because it has a drive thru and i had my dog with me. when i got there the sign that says ‘drive thru open’ was on and i went to the drive thru because i had my dog. not only did i sit there waiting after pressing the button for service several times with no response and almost no one else at this subway, i pull around to go to the window incase the drive thru system just isn’t working. there is then another car also waiting and was also ignored for the drive thru. so we end up both pulling around and going inside where there are 2 workers and only one of them was doing their job and the other was just standing around, clearly ignoring the drive thru. now because i placed my order on the app i was assuming that my sandwich would be ready and correct, not only was my order not ready but when i got home i discovered that my order was also incorrect. if you want to go to subway, choose a different location because clearly there is no upside to this location as they ignore the drive thru and don’t make the sandwich correctly.

Well today I paid with cash and they took it upon themselves to not give me my Change back. I would advise anybody and everyone to avoid this place. And they are rude every time I go there.

- AGAshton GoodeApr 26, 20231.0People were very rude. It also defeats the purpose of a drive thru when you’re tapping the screen to put it in. The screen gave me a different price than the lady told me. All I wanted to know why my total went up 6 more dollars. The lady didn’t explain and just kept yelling my total at me. My sandwich was also wrong and for $16 at what should be a cheaper place my sandwich should be right. It was also nothing special about my sandwich. I will never be at this subway again.
