As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JHJohn HammonsNov 29, 20251.0Well just a little bit ago not even an hour me and my wife stopped in at Rally's we ordered two for $6.50 deals three of them the double cheeseburgers we got rang up for four of the double cheeseburgers and two singles and that's what they gave us but that's not what we ordered so I took the three hamburgers wasn't even cheeseburgers back up to the store to get them fixed because it wasn't my error it was the cashier's they charged me an extra $2.50 to fix my order none of them look like they knew what they were doing in there the manager shouldn't be a manager look to me like he was tweaking we had the simplest order six double cheeseburgers or fries that was it they couldn't even get that right all of them looked high like they were in the clouds and I think the GM there needs to lose his job he shouldn't even be one so yeah I give one star review across the board customer service sucked the food sucked all around just a bad experience thank you and have a nice day
