  Did not get waited on, sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes, never moved, so i left, as well as the 4 cars that were in front of me. Won't be revisiting any time soon.

  Went through drive and ordered a regular double cheeseburger combo plain & a Big Buford Swiss Combo Large... They pulled ne to the 2nd window which was fine... Got food and pulled to a parking spot so my daughter & I could eat and realized we were missing the large coke... Wasn't to worried about that as I had a 20 Oz bottle of coke in my car... Then getting the food out we noticed no fries in the bag, so we went back through drive and the girl got the manager... He asked for the receipt and I stated I had tossed it in the trash pulling out of drive... He began to question if we ordered fries and I stated you took the order & read it back and you stated meals so I know he knew we asked for Combos... He then got a bit of an attitude and has his employee get the fries... I am a General Manager at a competing fast food place so I understand mistakes happen in bagging... It was just his attitude when we went back in for forgotten fries that took this from a 5 star review to a 3.... Otherwise the food was absolutely delicious, hot, tasty and service was quick... The lot was clean and cars were not bottlenecked in drive... I dont want this Manager to get in any trouble because during the overtaking process he was absolutely great, just would like to see a little coaching... No sense in alienating guest over 2 fries....

  Ask for the french fries well done they are greasy fried recooked after they have been cooked the first time found a hair in my mushroom Swiss burger freaking nasty food

  Horrible. Ordered online. Fries are so soggy and cold in my chicken and fry box. Employee at the window was rude. Ordered a banana shake was told “oh we’re out only have vanilla” after she handed it to me and shut the window right after speaking. Just rude and unprofessional compared to the one on west 10th street by the 7th 8th grade center. Will be making the extra drive from now on.

  I been trying to get food from there 5 night in a row the first three nights didn’t nobody even answered the speaker the fourth night the fryers was down so all they were selling was just sandwiches and then tonight all the police was in there and I couldn’t get the food so I will never come back here again it’s trash. They need to just close this place down.
