As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Surprisingly, no one was in the line! Pulling up to the intercom we were immediately greeted and asked to order. All we wanted was some BBQ chicken and a large fry! Once we stopped ordering we realized the guy wasn’t at the monitor plugging in our order. Not thinking nothing of it since it was such an easy order we played it no mind. We proceeded to ask the total since we had plan to pay in cash. No RESPONSE! We waited about 3 minutes since we were engaged in conversation. Noticing the guy hadn’t told us the total NOR asking us to pull forward since we were done ordering. We said HELLO into the intercom AGAIN! No RESPONSE! So we pull forward to the window. No one was in sight! Thinking he may be cooking out yummy fresh fries we decided to wait. And wait we did…😒 After 30 minutes of waiting for chicken and fries NO EMPLOYEE never came to that window! So we happily drove to Burger King next door! The employee immediately greeted us and served us hot fresh chicken and fries!! Looking across we counted an additional 4 vehicles drive off from Rally’s. Very disappointing when a huge company is paying employees to do nothing! What a waste of resources. Not to mention the amount of money LOST from the vehicles that drove away. This happen 10-23-2025 about 11:30pm.
