I think he thought I was going to complain. On the contrary, I was impressed by his professional, efficient, fast work ethic. It's hard to find employees that hustle and take the initiativs, so that stood out to me. Outstanding.

I paid for so many extras online and was meet with oh we ran out of chicken and we’re about to close. Apparently they had 10 other orders that day and my pick up time was the last. However I was given the world’s biggest bag of chips! If you think this placing is where you should order for family gathering please save yourself time and money because they literally will rip you off. I spent 175 (got 2 family meals and their $40 queso) and got half covered protein aluminum containers and half of the “extras” you are charged for online. Please check your order before leaving the store because they will let you walk right on out knowing they just gave you half that order you paid for.

- KPKristen PNov 3, 20251.0I want to be detailed and honest with this review. For starters, I loved this location at one point however it has declined in customer service and sanitation. I picked up a kids meal for my little person only to have him take a bite of the chips and another bite of the quesadilla and end up in the bathroom for over an hour puking and crying in agony from stomach discomfort. I assumed that the sour cream may had been a little spoiled maybe, but after talking to the shift leader on that shift, It hit me! I recalled seeing people touch food without swapping out their gloves, bags of trash in the food prep area because they were preparing to close. Straight up disgusting The tip of the iceberg was calling back the next day to speak to the general manager, Ann. And was told that my speculations could not be true because they prepare food fresh daily, throughout the day. AND I could not receive a refund or the food made again. I actually repeated it back to her just to make sure I was hearing her correctly. “ so I have the food and receipt and I CAN NOT receive a full refund or the food prepared over again?” And she replied, “that’s correct!” She also stated—- (this next comment was Insane) That it takes 24 hours to get food poisoning (!!) That’s not true. Food poisoning symptoms can reveal within 30 minutes of consumption. So that there shows you the knowledge or lack there of, that the leadership has. I’ll never go there again and if you’re reading this review, make sure you watch them CAREFULLY prepare your food! Plz don’t say I didn’t warn you
