We ordered catering from this location, and Jennifer (the employee who dropped off our food and set everything up) was very efficient and helpful! She was also super sweet. Huge thanks to her for being so hopeful and kind.

I live in Whiteland. I go out of my way to go to this location. I get bad service in Southport every time. Center Grove and Franklin locations are so-so. I get the best/friendliest service at this location! The food is always good and the place is always clean!

My wife and I have been to this location several times in person, and have ordered several delivery meals. But we're done, and you probably should be, too. The in-person visits are better than delivery, but the bar to clear there is on the ground. I will say that the ingredients are typically fresh, but the attitude of the staff is absolutely atrocious. In-person experience is guaranteed to feel rushed (even when you know what you're ordering and don't dawdle while making your order). The burritos will be made sloppily, with one employee notorious for flipping the ingredients from their pans to the tortilla using the slotted serving spoons. He doesn't let anything drain because he's just sooo "fast." He masterfully slings bean juice, chicken juice, or whatever juice/sauce you've ordered all over the ingredient line, foil wrapper and tortilla. The chips are routinely burnt, or cooked in frying oil that is well past spent. The queso is either hit or miss. When it's good, it's fantastic. When it's off, it's because they've let it sit too long and it becomes sort of clumpy, like they've added flour. Delivery orders should honestly just be turned off for this location. They act like it's a personal slight against them when they get online orders. And, since the customer isn't there, and can't check the order before it's dropped off, boy oh boy do they cut every corner imaginable. Extra meat? Yeah, right. Delivery burritos WILL arrive a sloppy, rushed, embarrassing MESS. Seriously, it's awful. And if you order after 7:00p prepare for them to try and make it as awful as possible to punish you for ordering from them. On top of that, if you order through the app, you are going through Door Dash. You will get double-dashed without exception. If they forget a part of your order, you're screwed. Period. If you try and call them, they will say a manager is not on duty, and hang up on you. If you call back, they will turn off the ringer volume and leave you on the automated loop until either you succumb to the sweet finality of death, or the store closes. If you're lucky: there was a manager named Mark that may still work there. If you show up and he's there, you'll probably leave satisfied. If it's anyone else, just leave. Shoutout Mark! If you're still there, please try and fix this place. It's gone so far downhill in such a short period of time it almost feels as if it's deliberate. If you eat at this place, God speed and may the fortune of luck ever be on your side.

I've never eaten at Qdoba so I thought I'd give it a try! My food went in the trash and I'm definitely not a fan!
