- ANAndrew Cundiff (namelesswalaby)Apr 1, 20232.0The pizza was fine, but the delivery driver didn’t have the drink I ordered and said I still had to pay him for it and call the store to get my money back, even though I’m paying cash. I called right after he left and nobody answered the phone. So the driver got a tip based upon a product I didn’t receive and Pizza Hut got paid for a product they didn’t sell me, and apparently there’s nothing that can be done about it. So someone can contact me about getting my money back or this will be my last visit. I’m betting I don’t get refunded though.
- LPlisa pratherMay 28, 20211.0DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Delivery took 2 hours on a Thursday night! Estimated delivery time was 8 pm and pizza didn't arrive til 930. Tracker showed out for delivery for an hour before it showed up. Noone would answer the phones! Terrible management, employees, food and business.
