  I do Doordash and this place is always incredibly slow and the employees are just bonkers. Just crazy rude. I went in today to pick up an order and it took forever as usual. But I expected that. Also there was very loud rap playing in the kitchen with some lyrics that didn't seem appropriate for a business but again, this is Pizza Hut so I wasn't surprised. After I had waited a few minutes at the counter without anyone even acknowledging I was there a worker came out and told me it would be a few more minutes more, so I kept waiting. Finally a different guy in the kitchen brought my order out and I was verifying the items (WHICH IS MY JOB) but didn't see the extra sauces on the DD checklist so I asked if they were in the pizza box. He "muttered why you trying to tell me how to do my job?" and I thought I had misunderstood him. So I asked again. And he again said "why you trying to tell me how to do my job?" but angry this time. I don't know if the guy was on drugs or what because he seemed really angry but I replied "I'm just trying to verify my order" and he yelled "you got everything you need!" I was takenaback but again said I didn't see the sauces and then I noticed an order of breadsticks was missing too. I asked him where they were and he just said "you got everything you need!" again. I said I was missing breadsticks and he finally came over and looked, then huffed and went in back to the kitchen and got some breadsticks and slapped them down. I asked one last time if the other extra sauces were in the boxes and he just said" you got everything you need!" I asked to speak to the first guy I'd spoken to and the guy at the counter just yelled" he can't help you, you got everything you need! " I yelled asking for help back to the kitchen and one of the other workers walked by but ignored me and the guy at the counter just kept saying" they can't help you! " Anyway TLDR version this is bar none the worst place I've gone to in over a year of Doordashing and thousands of deliveries. I don't know what was going on with the workers but it's no surprise Pizza Hut is closing so many restaurants, they just do not care. I'd leave negative stars if I could.

  First and foremost I want to say I don't know whether she was a server or a manager but she was working her butt off and she was excellent except for drinks she never asked us once if we wanted a refill but she was very very busy I think she was the only one in there waiting on the tables and clearing your tables now on with the bad review the food was horrible most of the food was cold that was supposed to be hot and most of the cold food was lukewarm nothing was fresh I was so disappointed My nephew and grandson and I came in this was our first time and the for the price we paid it was absolutely horrible. The salad bar was a joke not only was it absolutely disgusting with no fresh ingredients whatsoever but just barely any variety of anything. The pizza choices were terrible the pasta was awful The only thing good about the entire meal was the drink but how do you mess up a pink lemonade. I was so embarrassed bringing my grown grandson and grown nephew to this place. It was absolutely a waste of money. I doubt very seriously I would ever step foot in this place again The food was just absolutely horrible.
