Horrible customer service. Everything is through a call center and when they transfer you to this store specifically, no one answers the phone. We drove to the store, horrible location and confusing how to enter the building. Once we got inside we were told that our order was cancelled, which we never got an email or update on. We called them out for never answering the phone and didn't even get an apology. No wonder Pizza Hut is going out of business. I will never return.
