How the hell can you lose an order status of your own store and not know the location of your own store you're the only location on west 86th Street . Rude people running the store too who don't know a lick of English or pretending you don't. And hang up on people in the middle of them speaking or playing like the order is with a different store. I'm reporting.

The big problem is that the store does not have many customers
