- FVFelicia VillalpandoOct 5, 20251.0Last night on October 4th I placed an order on the app my pickup time was 8:38 as I got there they told me I had to wait an extra 25 minutes so I waited because they were backed up with 25 order pizza after I waited the extra 25 minutes they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes and so on I waited about 3 hours to file two complaints and nothing this morning my money was not returned or any credit return to me or the pizza as I talk to the store manager he said he couldn't find my order I gave him my phone. Then he said he had to call his store manager figure out if I was telling the truth because he said my order was cashed out and picked up after waiting 3 hours I left home and after I told him that I had filed two reports last night and gave them all the information and my order number everything they asked for he switched up the story and said well now I have to send it to investigation so they can see the cameras and rewind the footage and I told him straight up that they'll see that another picked it up and I was at the window three times. This place is shady they are liars and thieves
