  Ordered delivery and everything is cold and burnt and gross , tried to call the store to see if they would remake it and I come pick it up but no one is answering and the “mailbox” is full, terrible Service will never order again!!!

  The bad review is because of the new style pizza and I don't understand how this place hasn't went bankrupt yet. When little Caesars is better you have a problem. 3 years ago it was decent then they got rid of the crust flavoring which was one of the best things then the entire recipe and crust changed. Nothing the workers can do about the food that's supposed to them. Hopefully it'll go under and a good pizza place will open up. Pizza hut and jacks are 2 pizzas that use to be good and jacks use to be great and now greed has ruined them both which I don't understand how that's not ruined profits for both places.

  I was picking up an order as a doordasher. Instructions said to go to inside or drive thru. I chose inside since my order had four pizzas and 16 wings. I rang the doorbell as instructed and waited several minutes. I rang and knocked on the door with no answer. So I drove around to the drive thru and a darker complexion black woman approached the window. I told her I rang the bell and didn't get an answer, she replied in a rude voice that she is the only one working so the door is locked and nobody is coming inside.. Then shrugged her shoulders at me saying plus I didn't hear it so nonchalant and rude. I have never encountered such a rude employee. She asked for the clients name and I just looked at her and said do no have to speak in that way so she slammed the window and walked away... I lost money cancelling that order and the client probably had to wait longer for their order. I will never come to this pizza Hut as a customer ever again... And if I have an order from this location I will take the penalty just to cancel the order.

  The store manager here is so disrespectful. I called up there to ask her a simple question then I asked for her name and she said that she was not able to tell that. Which I know that that is not true at all. I can see why they are rated below a three star. She is so unprofessional. Not only did she get rude with me but she hung up.

  Horrible service! management team is not professional at all . They need to just shut this location down I live in the 46222 area so this is the only location that delivers to me I’m so fed up with this location I’ve decided to take the drive to get my food from the w 11th st location everytime I order from here the food is half made always cold 2 hour delivery they always forget to give me my 2 liter and dips . My delivery driver waited a whole hour to get my food and said they were just standing around not even making food I had to tip my delivery driver $25 just to get food that wasn’t even properly cooked and cold with missing items I then spoke to the manager the next morning she stated she credited me the money to my account I never received my credits on my account they don’t answer the phone ever ! Corporate needs to shut this location down !
