I paid about $70 for 2 orders of 18-piece traditional chicken wings, 1 large stuffed crust super supreme pizza, 2 ranch sauces. What I received was only my chicken wings, the ranch, and one burnt, rock-hard medium pizza that my household couldn’t even eat — we had to throw it in the trash. On top of that, the large stuffed crust pizza I paid for never even arrived. I basically ended up with $17 worth of inedible pizza and missing items from my order. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times to resolve this, but no one is answering the phone. This is completely unacceptable service and a waste of money. I hope management addresses this immediately because this kind of experience is not okay for loyal paying customers.
