    Employees were rude on the phone and hung up. Did not even make a slight effort to answer the phone professionally. They mumbled a few words barely audibly and then hung up.

    Been ordering here for over a decade. You changed your tomatoe sauce to something that is acidic or base or something not so good. And don't appreciate it when the door dash guy leaves the pizza on the cold concrete porch without ringing the door bell or knocking on the door when the order says "Hand it to me". And using Doordash for your last 3 deliveries causes your pizza to get here dry and lukewarm.

    I ordered a pizza around 11:30 pm tonight. I got a notification that it would be delivered through DoorDash (which i have the WORST luck with). An hour goes by, no update on the order. I called the store and spoke to Chris, who was extremely kind. He said the order had been ready but they were just waiting on a dasher to pick it up. Honestly at that point, I figured I wasn’t going to get my order. 20 minutes later (12:50 am at this point) Chris calls me back to tell me he confirmed a driver was on the way. He apologized profusely and said he was going to remake the pizza so it was fresh. He went above and beyond, especially as they were 10 minutes from closing and the entire situation was out of his control. Thank you Chris!!!
