    They make great Pizza's - from time to time! This wasn't one of those times. My Pizza arrived way over cooked, brown and dried up from over baking. The other pizza was under baked. Needless to say we tried a piece of each and then the pizza box and all went into the trash. I'm sincerely hoping this does not happen again, it's too expensive to throw money into the trash. I may have to try some other Pizza places, it's just hard to leave Papa John's

    Ordered garlic parm stix...they were tiny ....no garlic parm at alll,,they were completely alll uncooked dough!!!

    I placed an online order for delivery didn’t get my 2 liter said would send it back out never got it. Now they are closed asking me to call back tomorrow to speak to the manager. Which the manager this evening was very rude when speaking to her. Wonder how corporate would handle it.

    I placed my order online and I got to the restaurant a little bit early and my food was still cooking. There was an associate there named Kirsten. It seemed like she was by herself. She had a big smile and was so friendly. I let her know I was going to wait in my car until the pizza was ready. About 5 minutes later I looked over and she was standing at my car window with my order. I didn't even have to go back in the restaurant. I thought that was really nice of her. 100% will go back to that location. I just moved to a new neighborhood and haven't gone to this location but one other time. Kirsten made my experience a positive one. My medium pizza and breadsticks were cooked to perfection.
