We tried calling the dasher and could see her driving further and further away with our order. 1.5 hours after we ordered, and 45 mins after it should’ve been here… we called the shop and told them what happened. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and refunded our money AND had our order delivered to us by their own driver. The food was fresh, hot, and although the experience sucked (my kids were losing it at this point), we finally got our food around 8P. Top notch way to handle the situation that was beyond all of our control. I’ll definitely just order straight from the store moving forward. Thank you to the team working this evening. Appreciate you.
