A customer walked in and very politely asked about his order and the manager looked at him with a nasty look on his face and said its not ready. On top of all that a staff member was yelling at the manager about how poorly he ran his shift and never had anything ready for the start or end of the shift. Poor staff but good food.

So now Im standing waiting, and watching dude roll cheese in the dough with no gloves, no hair net on. She said they dont have to wear either. Oh ok just refund me my money. PapaJohns West Washington st. Why have on an apron but no glove or hair net preparing food I know its hair all in people food. 1st and last time.
