I ordered a full salad and was given an extremely small portion of dressing — it didn’t even look like 1 oz. It was barely enough to coat a few bites. This was for dine-in, which makes it even more surprising. If this had been a takeout order, I would have gotten home and been even more frustrated. For the price Panera charges for salads, customers should receive a reasonable amount of dressing to actually enjoy the meal. Please be more mindful of portion consistency. It really affects the overall experience.

I went through the drive-thru to place a simple two item order. Rachel, who said she was the manager, was distracted and I had to repeat my order several times. I raised my voice only to be heard and was then told I didn’t need to yell and that I could leave and did not have to be served. When I asked for the corporate number, I was given incorrect information more than once. This interaction was unprofessional and could have been handled very differently. Customers shouldn’t be dismissed for simply trying to place an order.
