    Arrive 10:21 for a mobile pickup, told to pull forward. At 10:26 I receive email saying it's finished. Multiple people come to the window but dont open it. At 10:33 I decide to go inside and they say they threw it away because I left? What?

    This is the worst panera and unfortunately the closest. Everyone is rude and lazy. Hair found in my food, rude staff and they are just mean. Loud, too. Sat down for a quiet lunch and they’re screaming about something. THEY will forget something and when you ask for the item they act like you are bothering them. I don’t think I’ll be back. They should really shut this one down. It’s disgusting

    I’m from the East Coast, I’m not used to the ladies behind the counter thanking me for my order, and the young man who makes my coffee and brings it to my table. The staff is wonderful!

    I guess I must be the exception; I was here today (Friday lunch) and it was great! I ordered the Pick 2-Salad and soup, took maybe 5 minutes and they were both great! The lady working the counter gave me a cup of hot water from the espresso machine so it would be "hot enough to steep your tea".

    This location NEVER gets food out in a timely manner every time I’m in drive thru and with only one car I’m here over 15 minutes. I’ve been in line now for 10 at the window and still haven’t even gotten my drink.
