- TPTepic ParksFeb 3, 20262.0I had a mobile order that was to be picked up through drive-through. I received the email saying that it was ready so I pulled up and was told to come around. I waited at the drive-through for five minutes with no one even acknowledging me so I parked and went inside. Once inside I waited a few more minutes before anyone acknowledged me and explained the problem. They finally gave me my food without an apology or even acknowledging that they forgot about me in the drive thru. I could see through the drive-through people standing around on their phones.

I called per the receipt to let them know and their policy is they can’t refund anything through the drive thru even if they didn’t provide the item. The only option is to drive all the way back and pick up the item. Manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. Avoid this store-terrible execution of a very simple order and terrible customer service.
