Both times we ordered bright red in the middle and received medium well instead. Personally, I don’t send food back for a particular reason. Our server and the cook both came out individually to inspect our steaks and offered to replace them while at the same time defending that they looked bright red in the middle to them. That pissed me off! If you follow my reviews you know that I’m very forgiving, especially in this environment where it’s hard to find good people to work. But come on!! When your product is slightly pink at best with zero red, don’t act like I’m color blind. I suggest ordering a couple temperatures below and then sending it back if needed to get a little warmer if you dare!
