Everything came in about 10-15 minutes since the restaurant was not busy yet.Our steaks were perfectly seasoned and tender, the asparagus and broccoli were cooked just right, and the soup was hot. We have been Outback Steak customers off and on over the years, and even though this establishment has had numerous mixed reviews published, we decided see for ourselves. We also realize that restaurants all around the country are having trouble getting enough staffing, supplies, etc. Well, we weren't disappointed in the least. Our server, Joe, gave us quality service, and after we voiced our appreciation, we made sure to tip him well.

I was reminded how for my taste, they over salt their food. And the filet was not very tender. It was more the texture of a sirloin. The salad was great. Very fresh.
