Took forever to get our appetizer. Took forever to get 1 refill on my drink. Our blooming onion was so greasy and came to the table only asking 3 times for it. . This is the 1st time I went to a steakhouse and didn't eat a steak because the vibe didn't feel right in here, & I was correct. Glad I didn't order a steak. Everything i seen everyone else order seemed over cooked. Server was nice though. Will not come to this location again. Very dis-organized in here. To outback steakhouse- fix this restaurant or close it down. Your giving yourself a horrible name for yourself. I generally dont go to outback for steak, but it's highly unlikely ill go to any outback. Id rather eat a bologna sandwich or a pot of beans at home before wasting my money here

My first visit to Outback was disappointing. We were seated, but no one came over for like ten minutes. No drinks, no hello, nothing. I left because it didn't seem like the service would get any better. Maybe they were having a rough day, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

’ve always enjoyed dining at Outback Steakhouse, which makes my recent experience at the Post Road, Indianapolis location all the more disappointing. First, I want to acknowledge our server Jessica, who was absolutely wonderful — professional, attentive, and customer-focused. She made every effort to provide excellent service, so my concerns have nothing to do with her. Unfortunately, the food quality and order accuracy fell far below expectations. Our Bloomin’ Shrimp appetizer was extremely greasy, lacking the usual crispiness and flavor I’ve come to love. For my entrée, I ordered the Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie with a Caesar salad and baked potato as sides. However, I was charged separately for the baked potato, and the Caesar salad wasn’t even listed on the receipt. To make matters worse, the shrimp was served on a bare plate without the usual bread it’s typically presented on. My dining companion’s Kookaburra Wings were also undercooked — chewy instead of crispy and flavorful. Overall, this visit was a real letdown compared to the many positive experiences I’ve had at Outback in the past.
