Got home started to eat and my burger patty was rare/raw in center. Called the store, started to explain that I was upset, the manager hung up on me and wouldn't answer repeated attempts to call back. I understand being busy and mistakes happen but eat crow and apologize! I WILL be calling again tomorrow to speak to another manager.
