However, when, what appeared to be a manager (short Hispanic female) handed me my food through the window and I asked if I could get some strawberry jam for my bagel, the evil, searing, glare that she gave me left me astounded! She didn't say anything, she just paused and stared at me with this evil stare for what seems like several minutes, even though I'm sure it was shorter. I don't know if she misunderstood what I said or what, but, I was SO uncomfortable with her reaction, that I just pulled away and ate my bagel plain. The crazy thing is drive through guy who took my order was nice and pleasant, the drive-thru cashier who accepted my payment was nice enough and told me to have a good day and even ask me if I wanted my receipt. Again, she was pleasant enough. Then the lady who handed me my food was pleasant enough as well. The manager that handed me my food seemed pleasant at first... Until I said "may I bother you for some strawberry jam, please?" That's when I got the death stare. lol every time, without fail, there is something unpleasant about my visit at this location. This is why I don't go to that location very often at all. This experience was so crazy and so baffling. So much that it's kind of like the straw that broke the camel's back. I will NOT be returning to that location ever again. I have no problem driving the extra mile or what have you to get to Chick-fil-A, where the employees are professional, if not friendly.
