  Cam to get breakfast has a line wait in line just turns 10:30 refuses to give me breakfast waste of time and energy to wait. Horrible customer service doesn't care about the customers wants only the own businesses would of hurt yoh tk make a sandwich just turned 10:30

  I went to the chaos and pay for it at the kiosk but apparently my card was 14 cents short and the lady at the counter couldn't take the change or the extra money from me to pay for the order so they said I would receive the money back to my card in 2 days.. I never received my money back in 2 days found out that the store don't have a phone that I can't call somebody to complain and then I talked to corporate and they said they would mail me a gift card from McDonald's.. I never received that either.. I just was told I would get my money back in 2 days and then was told I would get a card that would cover the money and I ain't never received neither one... Working next across the street from the McDonald's for 17 years I never received any kind of issue like this yes all stores are different but I never thought I would be getting a lie to more than once from another McDonald's..

  They don’t give you patties with your cheeseburgers and then when you try and call the phone is disconnected.

  This is the worst McDonald’s ever the food is always cold. The milkshake is runny like chocolate milk and then they get an attitude when you request a refund. Very poor customer service. Make sure you check your bag before leaving because 99.9This is the worst McDonald’s ever the food is cold. The little short manager has a worse attitude than the customer service workers, whether a drive-through or in person the customer service sucks!!!!!!!

  This restaurant manipulates their drive thru times by pulling every car that comes through the drive thru to spots in the parking lot. They were so desperate to get people to pull forward during today's visit that they were putting drive thru customers in curbside spots and even having them park along the curb in unnumbered spots where they can't even keep track of who is where. Just improve your kitchen times and drive thru times will be what they are.
